This is the outfit my best friend wore on her last girl's group meeting.I adore this skirt,it kind of reminds me of Nanny Fine from The Nanny.But unlike Fran my friend dressed up the skirt in a more subtle less flashy way.She brings in the pop of color with the fuchsia cardi and tights.
