                       This is the outfit my best friend wore on her last girl's group meeting.I adore this skirt,it kind of reminds me of Nanny Fine from The Nanny.But unlike Fran my friend dressed up the skirt in a more subtle less flashy way.She brings in the pop of color with the fuchsia cardi and tights.

I spent Thanksgiving at my aunt's apartment.Playing Wii.Ford dinner I had pork,rice,potato salad,lasagna.For dessert I ate chocolate cake,coconut pie & pumpkin pie with egg nog ice cream.

Sprained Ankle!

I sprained my ankle doing gymnastics.It was pretty scary this is the first time I've been close to breaking bones!I was on the floor showing the new girls how to do a cat leap half(I've done it a bunch of times) when for some odd reason my left ankle twisted backwards & I heard all the bones crack!I fell on the floor and couldn't talk for a few seconds I was in shock and pain.I made the best of it by decorating my crutches with glitter and beads!I'm off sports for 2weeks.Can't wait to get back in the gym!

                          It's been kind of warm this week.So I've been wearing stockings and light jackets.I wish it'd be this warm for winter!

What I wore to Lincoln Center.

My theater workshop club had a trip to watch a hip-hop performance with beat boxing and break dancing.Then we got a tour of the amazing Lincoln Center buildings.The stages and theaters were amazing!One was built with inspiration from the inside of a jewelery box,it had a huge lamp in the middle that looked like it could be a diamond necklace for a giant!Ugh,so breath taking.

                               I'm not wearing jewelery because this was after gymnastics practice.When I bought the leggings like a month ago I initially wanted to wear it with a tunic or a neon pink tee.I couldn't find anything in my closet long enough,so I wore it with my Marilyn Monroe tee and a cute bubble skirt.I got several compliments on my outfit ranging from "cute","where do you shop" & "I love Marilyn Monroe!"

                              My first reaction to tights is black flats,but I wanted to be outside the box.So I paired my purple tights with magenta flats!My mom thought I was crazy,she thought the romper was inappropiate for school and that the magenta clash with the purple.But like my sister told me "You're only in high school once,have fun with fashion."So these are the golden years for me to experiment with fashion & make-up!

P.S I felt very Gossip Girl with my colorful tights & flats ensamble! I'm sure Blair Waldorf would be proud!

I had so much fun at the dinner party with my 2 best friends.Her 2year old sister is just like her,she reapplied lip gloss several times and had my bag on her shoulder.We ended the night by watching Confessions of a Shopaholic.

Gossip Girl

If you haven't heard,ratings for Gossip Girl have dropped tremendously.I had a feeling the show would get a bit boring with the main characters going their separate ways for college.But is it really that bad?I don't think so!It's fun to see Blair & Serena out of their school uniforms and in a different environment.(Although I did like how they made the uniforms look cute & edgy with bright stockings and boots).I guess the producers have noticed the drop of ratings because of special guests such as Tyra Banks,Tory Burch,Lady Gaga (11/16/9) and the addition of Hilary Duff's character Olivia Burke.It has also gotten a bit racier with the threesome between Dan,Vanessa & Olivia.I hope these additions will draw more viewers and increase the ratings!It certainly has caught my attention!
