Can you believe my 5 year old nephew took these photos me?haha I actually feel more comfortable taking photos with him then with my sister,because she says my poses are stupid whereas my nephew said I look nice.Apparently there was a bomb threat at or near my school around 5:30pm while I was in gymnastics practice & we had to evacuate the building.This is typical when you go to school in NYC.Did my American followers go Cyber Monday shopping?I did!I bought a skirt and accessories from Forever 21 with free shipping.

I didn't actually go black Friday shopping because I was sick that day so instead I went shopping yesterday at Jersey Gardens Outlet Mall.I bought a few tops at Gilly Hicks for $9.90 & I bought my mom hand lotion from there(buy one get one free).It seems like Old Navy has the best sales,outwear was 50% off,cargo skinnies $10 and long sleeves were $5.I almost never buy items from Old Navy at regular price,because whenever I go back its on sale,I can guarantee it.My burgundy cargo skinnies were on sale for $22,I bought them & then saw them for $19 and then yesterday they were $10.I felt ripped off,so I bought a black pair of cargo skinnies.I really like Old Navy pants/jeans,they flatter my body well.Besides that I bought a pair of honey colored suede mocassins from American Eagle because they emailed me a 25% off coupon & free shipping.I would never buy clothes online from AE because they are ALWAYS cheaper at the store,except for shoes & perfume they tend to be the same price.I'm expecting them in the mail by the end of this week & I'm excited,this will be a change for me since most of my shoes are black.

I went to the free Katy Perry concert in August at Rockefeller Plaza.To be honest with you,it wasn't worth it.Her voice is terrible and because it was live the audience was left waiting for hours while the news was on.There were people smoking,I was outraged!I thought it wouldn't be allowed,that is so inconsiderate.People asked the brats in front of us if they could stop smoking and they continued and laughed about it.Everyone wanted to rip their heads off.It was beyond annoying.At least a lot of free things were given out like wigs,sunglasses,microphones.But the people in the front were given more stuff,like feather boas and calendars.I really wanted that purple boa >_<

I finally found the wire to my camera,which means I'll probably be posting photos from 3 months ago.This was taken the same day I went to the Katy Perry concert at Rockefellar Plaza.It was such a busy and tiring day,I got to the concert at 4am and was standing up for hours!I came home to rest for a few hours and then went to my best friend's friend's sweet 16.Her nickname is Pinky because she likes pink,as you can see by the decorations.It was a small Jamaican party held at the basement of a Brazilian restaurant.Although I only knew 2 people,I still had fun with my best friend.My favorite part was the mini beef patties.I didn't wear heels because I didn't think I needed to go all out for someone I don't know,I wasn't the only who wore flat sandals,so it was fine.Since I had flat sandals I made my look a bit more casual with a denim jacket.

     I was so happy the weather is finally feeling less like winter & more like fall.I've been waiting for the perfect weather to wear this outfit that I concocted in my head a few weeks ago.I wore this to school on November 10th & one of my teachers said I resemble Angelina Jolie in a movie she did.I love wearing hats in the fall,especially this one its so cute!

     I wore this outfit last week to school & received plenty of compliments.I was in the mood of shorts & tights,good thing I found these for $3.75!I am trying to get out of my habit of wearing a lot of black,whether it is in shoes,tights,skirts,pants or shorts I own ENOUGH black.Its hard because I love black & its timeless.But its good to try new things & get out of my comfort zone.Can you believe I'm talking about a color? haha

   Another surprisingly warm fall day in New York City,called for yet another outfit consisting of a skirt and long sleeves.I love how the top balances the shortness of my skirt.I  wore this to school on October 26th.Too bag its actually starting to feel like fall since its the beginning of November.Oh well,I'm making the best of it.I bought a giraffe print beret from H&M its adorable!

    I wore this to school on October 25th,it was one of those covered on the top,skin on the bottom type of fall days.I love this outfit because it combines early fall weather elements with fall colors.One of my friends told me I look like a grandma,the other said I look like a petunia.Whatever. haha

Oh & my blog is officially a year and 2 days old! You're getting old darling.
